Compassion is the key ingredient to the success of this company. 

Founder Liz Faraimo deeply understands how changes in a loved one’s life and health impacts a family. Imagine having a loved one who has Alzheimer's and the overwhelming care it entails. The caregiver often becomes beleaguered with the decisions that accompany making changes in their loved one’s life.  

Faraimo’s personal ten-year journey as a caregiver for her father, who suddenly was unable to live on his own, started at age 27 and paved the way for CET. Her experience is the client’s experience--allowing her to connect and help families find their way on this life-changing journey. 

Care Excellence Team goes above and beyond for the families they serve. Solutions are part of their business, but heart and compassion are the root of their impact throughout the community. As the population ages, the community will feel the impact of the aging, and CET will be there to help ensure families have a place to turn for help.
