When my own father needed care, I was handed a list and left to figure it out alone. I knew families deserved something better.
A Personal Mission Born from a Difficult Search
Compassion is the key ingredient to the success of this company. As founder, I deeply understand how changes in a loved one's life and health impact an entire family — because I lived it.
My personal ten-year journey as a caregiver for my father, who suddenly was unable to live on his own, started when I was just 27 years old. When his health began to decline, I found myself doing what so many families do — spending weekends driving from community to community, trying to figure out which ones could actually meet his needs. Most placement services handed me a list and wished me luck.
I spent countless hours on the phone, asking the same questions over and over, only to tour communities that weren't the right fit. It was exhausting, emotional, and overwhelming — and I was doing it while also trying to be present for my dad.
That experience changed me. I became determined to build a service that would do the hard work for families — the research, the calls, the coordination — so they could focus on what matters most: being with their loved one. Care Excellence Team goes above and beyond for the families we serve. Solutions are part of our business, but heart and compassion are the root of our impact.

Jennifer leverages 20+ years of leadership in Fortune 500 telecommunications companies in her role as Senior Living Consultant.
Jennifer's positive mindset, loving affect, and industry knowledge enables her to guide clients through the often challenging and complicated decisions that come with aging, memory concerns, and illness. She began her foray into senior care when her beloved aunt came to live with her while battling cancer.
Her unmatched understanding of the resources and tools available to help elderly clients and their families navigate the challenges of life's transitions is unparalleled.
Jennifer is also a commissioned Notary Public, offering convenient notary services locally for families and seniors who need documents signed, witnessed, or certified — one more way she shows up for the people she serves.
